  • 2 cups rice
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2-3 bell peppers
  • to taste paprika powder
  • 250 g yogurt
  • to taste salt / pepper
  • 1-2 onions
  • to taste herbs

Zubereitung

    Cook the rice with the vegetable broth.

    Dice the bell peppers, garlic, and onions and sauté them in a pan. Add paprika powder and tomato paste. Stir in the rice. Add the herbs.

    Mix the yogurt with garlic and season with salt and pepper. Serve the sauce with the rice.
